LOS ANGELES, CA…
Wednesday, May 13th, 2010
Hello everyone!
This is the first blog entry officially announcing the Zelda Project that I have been working steadily on with it’s creator and visionary ‘Sarah Quillian’ (a.k.a. Adella of AdellaCosplay.com). This project has been on the drafting board for some time, but as of March 2010, with the final costume drafts complete, the filming of all the Behind the Scenes for this project has commenced.
With the help of JoEllen of Firefly-Path.net, Sarah is pulling together more intricate design patterns for the costumes in order to bring as much attention to detail for a more successful photo shoot and series of film shorts.
(For more info on this project, please visit: www.thezeldaproject.net)
My role in this project is ‘Key Photograher’, however I also wear the hats of Videographer, Editor & Motion Graphics Artist. The first video we’ve completed for this project is a tour of Los Angeles’ very own ‘Garment District’ where we follow Sarah & JoEllen in search of materials needed to bring the costume designs to life.
The video is almost 19 minutes in duration and is being launched as a whole on Vimeo and a 2 part segment on YouTube due to file length restrictions.
That’s all folks! this has been the first and latest update on TZP 2010!, more to come soon…
“Cheers!”
